How can I add a standard text below featured images on my blog?

Hi there,
I would like to put a standard text (disclaimer) below the featured image of my blog posts, but only within one my categories.

simplest option would be to use a Block Element:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/block-element-overview/
Leave the Element Type set to Hook.
Set the Hook to: after_entry_header
Set the Priority to: 20
Set the Display Rules to Post Category > Your category.
