How Can I add a Logo in Identity to to the far right

I would like to leave my name in the Identity on the LEFT and add my logo on the far RIGHT. Can you please tell me how to do this Here is my URL so you can see what I currently have.

Hi there,
Try inserting the logo as an Image Widget in the Header Widget area.
Let me know if this works out. If not we will try another way :)

Leo, now that I have my Identity and Log the way I like them, is is possible to reduce the width there is too much white space above the menu bar. How would i do this? Here is the URL http://206.196.110.39/~innovati/
