How can I add a featured top bar above my navigation menu on all pages and posts?

Hi Jonny,

You can either try the Top bar widgets or an block element.

Access widgets at appearance > widgets > top bar.

Access block element at appearance > elements > add new block element.
(choose pages - all pages &posts - all posts as location, choose hookas element type, choose before_header as hook name.)

Hey Ying,

Thanks for the info. I have played around with both of these options but cannot seem to design the top bar that I have in mind using these settings. I want to create a short line of text and display a CTA button beside the text.

I have uploaded an image example below if you could give me some guidance on how I can create a top bar similar to this that would be amazing!
