How adjust Red backscreen on post and 3 rows of lastes articles

How can I adjust Red backscreen with title on post as below link;
example of colour, size colour size etc…

You can adjust this inside your Header Element found on Appearance > Elements.

"Read" site template, by default, adds 2 Header Elements, 1 for posts named "Blog Posts Headers" and 1 for pages named "Global Page Headers".

Edit "Blog Posts Headers" and go to Page Hero tab. You should be able to see a Background Color setting. You can adjust the color from there.

But as for changing its size, its directly tied to how big the page hero is.

But I need to make 3 row of lastes articles…

By default, "Read" template uses WP Show posts.

To edit the Latest Article, go to Dashboard > WP Show Posts and edit "Home Page Latest Articles".

You should be able to see a "Posts per page" set to 6 on post tab. You can change it to 8(for 4 rows) or 10(5 rows) or 12(6 rows). Row number is basically "Posts per page" value divided by columns value (2).
