Horizontal blocks/container with automatic wrap

Hi,

I try to create a horizontal block/container row, which automatically warps if the browser is to narrow.
By default there must be a maximum of three horizontal containers
Example added as private information.

Regardless what I try (grids/containers) I cannot reproduce the wanted effect.
