[Resolved] Hooks not working in scrolled menu bar

Dear Support,
I am working on a website https://beta.basictechnologies.in/sandbox/#
here I have added 2 hooks after primary navigation.
These are working as expected https://prnt.sc/MXX3-WBhz4-k here.
But once we scroll the page these are not working (https://prnt.sc/bBlOE5NYLuns)

I am expecting the same layout as https://www.festival-st-martin.com/.

Please guide.

here I have added 2 hooks after primary navigation.

Can you change the hook to menu_bar_items
