Hooked elements not consistently displying

I've created a hook element in the after_header area. It's set to display on the entire site, but it's not. I'm using the most recent version of GP Premium and Generate Blocks Pro. The site used to use a Genesis Theme. The links provided in the private info are for two pages. The home page and what to expect pages aren't showing the element. The contact page is. I've also included temporary credentials if they're needed.

Thanks for the help.

Hi Lisa,

Can you try temporarily disabling ALL plugins except GP Premium and see if it shows up?

Also, if you're using a child theme, can you try temporarily deactivating it as well?

I had deactivated all plugins besides GP Premium before submitting the ticket, but still had the child theme active. I deactivated all plugins and the child theme and I'm still having the issue. One new oddity since doing that. Now one of the old footer widgets is appearing on the page. I have the layout set to display 0 widgets. Is there a way to clean the old items out, somehow?

The sure way of starting clean is by cloning your site (for backup purposes), exporting the contents (posts and pages and GP Premium settings), and then import it on a fresh install of WordPress with GeneratePress + GP Premium.

This way, you're sure there's no residuals from the previous theme because the site you're importing things into has nothing else in it. :D

As an update, I created a clean install and moved over posts and pages and GP Premium settings, and the issue was still persisting. With some more digging, I realized the No featured image option was selected in the Remove container condition area. I don't know how that got selected, but that's what it was. Wanted to update in case it's helpful to someone having the same issue.

Thanks for the help!

Thanks for going back to this and sharing your findings. Glad you got it sorted! no problem. :D
