I would like to add Social Sharing Widgets directly after an image with the class
.featuredimage. I can specify Hooks or shortcodes in the plugin:
What Hook can I use to do that?
Thank you!!September 13, 2020 at 2:53 am #1441211DavidStaffCustomer SupportSeptember 13, 2020 at 7:00 am #1441386Alessio
I want to do that for both single posts/pages and blog posts.
I’m not generating the Featured Image via generatepress (customizer). I’m manually inserting it with the image widget in the page editor. That’s because I want the featured image to be different than the image displayed in the post.
That image is displayed directly under the page title.September 13, 2020 at 11:58 am #1441694TomLead DeveloperLead Developer
Since you’re adding it inside the content, there is no hook that the plugin can use to insert the icons below it.
You would need to keep the featured image hooked into the theme, then you could use the same hook/next hook and it would work.September 15, 2020 at 6:34 am #1444032Alessio
Is there a way to add a different featured image for the post and a different one for other stuff (like social media sharing/the blog page)?
I’ve added an example as Private Information.September 15, 2020 at 7:01 am #1444066DavidStaffCustomer SupportSeptember 18, 2020 at 12:42 pm #1449161Alessio
Ah alright, I’ve found an option for that in rank math.
How do I get a featured image for the Blog-Page which differs from the featured image on the Post, though?September 18, 2020 at 12:44 pm #1449167LeoStaffCustomer Support

Not sure if I fully understand. Is this still for URL sharing?
Could you not set a specific image for the blog page in RankMath?September 18, 2020 at 12:50 pm #1449179Alessio
No, this is for my website itself.
I want the featured image on the blog page:
to be different from the image on the post itself:
