hook is not working

hello,

I have a hook set up where it pulls the tag of the page and displays it right above the featured image. These tags either say "Independently Tested", "Evidence based" or something similar. Now it's been working up until recently (not sure when exactly it stopped) but now it does not pull the tag and just says "Terms".

I only put this feature for mobile and not desktop. You can check it out on this page:
