[Resolved] Hook Element- Will it Slow Down Site?

I created a hook with some javascript. When setting the display rule, I needed to add a lot of posts into the “exclude” section. Will this slow down the site with many excluded posts? Would it be better for me to set up a single tag and just add that? Only wondering if I can expect this to slow down my site. Thanks.

Hi there,

I don’t believe so but it’s tough for us to tell.

The only way to be sure is to create it as it is then run your site through speed test and compare the result before/after adding the hook.
