Hook Element showing on desktop but not on mobile

Hi GP,
I created a hook element and added it before the entry title in posts. It shows up fine on desktop, but is not appearing on mobile. Any idea why?
Here's an example of a post showing on desktop, but not on mobile.
I jumped the gun on this. Clearing the cache from WP Rocket plug-in resolved the issue.
