Hook Element Only on Frontend

Hi GP crew,

This one should be easy. I have a script I want to run only on the front end. Will probably use wp_head. This is for a chat app so we would only want it on the front end and not within wp-admin area. I could not find an only on the front end selection. Would selecting entire site be the best or is there a better selection?
