Hook does not respond on WooCommerce site.

The hook has the following setup and also works on all pages that are marked green. Only the page "DATENBANK DER HOLZVERBINDUNGEN" causes problems. This is the overview page or the main WooCommerce shop page. The hook is not output on this page. Why?
