Hook displaying on homepage, homepage excluded...

I have added a link to my site privately
I have 2 hooks which display elements below the header and above the footer
I want these elements to display throughout the site except the homepage so I have selected the hook to show on "entire site" but also excluded the homepage as I thought that was the way to do this.
Could you please take a look and let me know where I've went wrong?

Can you make sure the exclusion rule is using Front page and not Page > Home page?

Hi Leo,
I did have page > home selected. I thought this would have worked as it was the correct page I wanted to exclude.
I have changed this to "front page" and this has sorted the issue.
