Homepage weird margin?

I have a bottom scrolling bar that shows up. I checked all my settings I am not sure why it's got the scrollbar.

It only shows up on the homepage.

I've deleted all the sections and it didn't seem to get rid of the scroll bar.

Can you help tell me what is causing it?
