[Resolved] Home page Schema — how to set

Hi. We use RankMath SEO plug-in (free version) for most of our basic SEO needs. Our static homepage is currently set to “Article” schema via the plugin. However, I am noticing that there is a “website” schema at other websites that’s NOT in RankMath SEO’s freebie choices. How can I manually set the homepage to that? And should I? Thanks.

Hi there,

the Theme adds the basic schema.org props to its HTML.
But there isn’t anywhere that we would define the schema item as website

I think that is something you need to ask Rank Math, they may also be better able to answer whether you should use website 🙂

I did take a quick look at your Rank Math JSON-LD and one ifs assets does include the website @item, so it seems RankMath are already applying it in some context.
