homepage pagination remove

You would need to ask Yoast support for that answer - unfortunately i do not know

Somebody saying it's generate press theme issue, I disabled the page index from yoast SEO.

I have another site , where no SEO plugin, but same home page pagination issue.

The theme itself doesn't handle that. Perhaps it's from another plugin?

You can always try activating a Twenty series WP theme and should see the same issue there.
