Homepage on mobile doesn't render correctly but sub-pages are fine

Hello. On my website http://christophercummings.com, the main page is still using an old version of the page on mobile devices (even if I try to clear cache and use a new incognito window). The content is updating, but the homepage is stuck with the old mobile design. All the other pages of the site render correctly on mobile. I'm at a loss of what to do. Please help!
Your homepage won't load for me on mobile for some reason.
As a guess:
a) You have a plugin installed which is taking over the mobile view. Jetpack Mobile Theme maybe?
b) You have some sort of redirection happening on the server side of things.
