Home_trashed ...how to change this name?

Hello everyone!
Something that is bothering and I cannot find where the naming is generated from: TherapyForEase.com/home_trashed/blog
Where is this "home_trashed" coming from...and directly on entering the blog...yuck. :-/ I have checked for a page name and cannot find where this is coming from.

Ok, in there it is set on %postname%
Post name is selected with the structure of: https://therapyforease.com/sample-post/
Can you disable all plugins to eliminate any weird conflict?
The theme itself doesn't control the permalink structure at all.

Unfortunately debugging steps are required for weird issue like this.
If that doesn't help then I'd recommend checking with your hosting support.
