Have you tried disabling all plugins except GP Premium to test?

Yes, I did disable all plug-ins.
Still did not help.

Any other ideas?

Hi John,

Are you using a child theme?

If so, try switch to the parent theme to test.

If that doesn't work, can you provide admin access to your site so we can have a look at the backend?

No, it's not a child theme.
It's GP 3.1.3.

Does the same issue exist if you activate a Twenty series WP theme to test?

I just activated WP 2022.
Problem not solved.

Honestly I'm not sure what could cause this unfortunately.

Can you check with WP's support team to see if they've seen this issue before?
