Sorry for the back and forth, however, I'm still not fully getting the grasp of the issue.

1. When you say "Page header" are you referring to an Element? Or, something else?
2. Is the issue - you wanting to set the About Us page as the Homepage, and the Element/"Page hero" not working?

What Display rule are you using? Are you using Front Page?

thanks for help, it resolved after change Page header Exclude from Front Page to Entire Site
