Home Page Padding Issues

Hi,

We are having issues with the padding on our mobile home page. It appears off center, so we have tried adjusting the padding values through our mobile-specific customizer (padding value of 0 on the left margin).

It ends up appearing centered on the mobile home page, but then when we open up a single post, it's way too far to the left.

We can't seem to adjust the home page to look how we want without sacrificing the individual blog posts looking way off center.
