Home Page Layout Messed Up

can you go to Dashboard > GenerateBlocks > Settings and try regenerating the CSS. Afterwards clear any plugin and browser caches.

Yes. I've done all that and disabled all plugins, flushed all cache (including from Cloudflare), and even open my site using incognito. In fact, I've also deactivated both WP Rocket and Perrmatters plugins now. But all to no avail.

I doubt it's the cache problem. If it is, shouldn't the second unassigned home page be messed up too?

To add to it. The homepage looks ok only when I'm logged in.

In Chrome Developers tools ( right click inspect the front page when logged out ), i am seeing big list of Red Errors mostly: NET:ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID against all resources.

All the requests on that page are being made to https://cdn.your-domain-name

This is an SSL issue, your SSL certificate is invalid for that cdn subdomain.
So none of required resources are being loaded.
