Home Page Hero - Image too large

Hello,
The Home page hero is very large.
I've tried some CSS and different ideas through the forum, but nothing is working.
I've also made the image different sizes.

The best solution would be to upload and use a smaller image.
You can also use the resizer in the customizer but that would change all the featured images size:

The first option is better.

There is no recommended size as it's all personal preference.
If you think it's too big then try a smaller one :)
