[Support request] Home page Hero Image doesn’t appear on mobile version

Hello,

I’m using GP premium since septembre 2022 and everything worked well.
I just remark the Hero Image on the homepage doesn’t appear anymore on the mobile version (it works very well on the desktop version).
I don’t check the mobile version each time I change something. So I don’t know exactly since when this is that way.

I tried to change the hero image on this page and it doesn’t change nothing.
I tried to turn on white “disabled featured image” on the element block and the image appear underneath the black hero image block.
I tried to change the element Home Hero to Site Hero (that work very well on the other pages), but it doesn’t change anything.

Thanks for your answer. I use an Androïd and it is not fixed at all.

When I use the desktop version I see the old picture (a blond air woman). I change the picture for the brown air woman you can see under the mail (or contact) page. Wich one do you see ?

What can I do ?

IT looks to be a caching issue, can you clear any plugin / server caches ?

Thank you for your answer. I clear the cache of my website, it didn’t change anything. Then I clear my mobile caches and it work very well. Thank you very much.

But everybody is seeing the blonde haired woman. I tried to change another page hero image and the old one stay. I guess I should open a new topic for that ?

Where are you changing the Page Hero Image ? Is it in the page hero element or the featured image of the specific page ?

I changed the featured image of the specific pages. (NB : I delete the source image of the hero element. It still appears on the hero element).

I don’t know if it is related, but before changing image, I change the logo in Appearance and this one appears only on the desktop version and not on the mobile version.

I think the issue is related to the Litespeed cache on your server.
Are you able to disable that temporarily to test if it is casing the issue ?

Sorry for the delay of my answer.

Thank you. When I turn off Litespeed and wait few minutes, I can change the Hero image on my website.

I have one last question. What is the best dimensions in pexels (or ratio) of a picture to use it as a Hero Image on the Mellow theme ?

For your reference, the original Mellow template is using a picture with 1905px width, and 1070px height.
