Home page got disoriented somehow

I'm using dispatch theme from today somehow the homepage design of my website got disoriented, tried restoring that didn't help.

disable your cache/optimization plugins to see if they are causing the problem.

Your site is still serving cached files - coming from the Litespeed cache. That needs to be disabled so you determine if that is the issue.

Now uninstalled also.
Your site is also running cloudflare which will cached files.
None of these issues are theme related , they are a mixture of optimizing the site, caches and CDN. If they are not properly configured then things will break.
You need to go back to basics - no optimization, no caches, no CDN.
Test the site that is loads correctly.
Then set up your optimizations correctly. And once all is good then look at enabling a CDN.
Thats all the advice i can provide.
The static homepage design is not working if I set it to the latest post then it kinda restores the design. Please check.
The cache is enabled now.

We ask to disable ALL potential sources of caching (CDN, plugins, browser, etc) to check and isolate any potential issue coming from having false/broken stylesheets being served for your.
Please make sure ALL caches are cleared/purged and/or disabled and keep it that way and let us check if it is still having issues so we could easily pinpoint what else could be causing it.
