Is there any way to make my home page look like Dollarsprout's? https://dollarsprout.com/
I love the way the buttons direct navigation, and they are super user friendly on mobile.
I don't even know where to start.

Are you wanting to build the "Side Hustles" etc.. buttons in the hero?
If so, you'd want to use something like GenerateBlocks (https://generateblocks.com/), or a page builder. Otherwise, it would take a decent amount of CSS/HTML.
Yes, the buttons in the hero area with the gradient behind, but offset on the bottom where the buttons extend below the gradient area.
I can do that with Generateblocks?

Yes, you should be able to do that with GenerateBlocks by using negative margins :)
