i just started a new website. i have installed WordPress, activated the theme, installed the premium, and installed a template. the updates have been made, however, on post types, pages, and elements, but my homepage cannot seem to be changed. i have tried to change the page to a static page through the customization through WordPress but the home page is not changing. it looks like it is through the old theme rather than with the update.

    Hi there,

Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?

    Let me know 🙂

I only have gp premium and generate blocks active.

    Hi there,

if you want to edit a Home page then it must be set to a Static page in Settings > Reading.

I have tried that and it’s not working. I have changed the settings, tried different pages, but it seems nothing is changing.

When i check the URL you provided, its not showing the GeneratePress theme, its showing one of the core TwentyX Themes.

Would you mind providing me with Temporary Admin access to the site so i can take a look ?

Do you have any page caching on your server?

No I don’t. No page or server cache.

Can you check with your host ? As i can’t see what would cause this on the WP install, it definitely feels like a cached page is being loaded.
