What is the simplest way to create a static homepage? Are there templates with graphics just for creating a homepage or do I have to build the homepage?
Also, how do I clear the browser cache? Thank you

If you’re using Google Chrome, you can see this article with regards to clearing cache:https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop
If it’s just for one page, there’s no template.
However, if you have GenerateBlocks Pro, you can use the Pattern library to easily create sections in your pages: https://docs.generateblocks.com/article/pattern-library-overview/
