What is the simplest way to create a static homepage? Are there templates with graphics just for creating a homepage or do I have to build the homepage?
Also, how do I clear the browser cache? Thank you

If it’s just for one page, there’s no template.
However, if you have GenerateBlocks Pro, you can use the Pattern library to easily create sections in your pages: https://docs.generateblocks.com/article/pattern-library-overview/
