[Support request] Hightlighting menu when you are scrolling down in a one page web

What i would say, if is it possible, that if i am scrolling down the
page, the item of the menu that corresponds with the part of the page
was hightlighted.
Now when you click the menu, will highlight the item, but if you are
scrolling down without clicking it doesn’t.
If it is not possible, is there any template what can do it?
