Higher menu and logo to the left

3)I would also like to put the menu a little bit higher and
4)add my logo in the up left side…
I only found how to put in the center and its too big (even in the lowest size. :/)
how can i do that?

Not exactly!im looking for a cohesion in posts view!i need all posts have the same format and that includes that the photos of my posts are all the same size! I already tryed to crop them but didn t work...:(
