High CLS issue 0.414

Hi guys. I have been using the GeneratePress DEV template for a month now, using. Intially, everything looks good.
Recently (end of July) the Google Search Console has reported that all our pages are having terrible CLS for Mobile (0.414). A lot of our pages are being demoted in Google SERP. The Pagespeed Insight tool is misleading, because it told us that there is not CLS, however, Google Search Console is right, because when I tested it using Lighthouse, it does report CLS issue (0.414).
I noticed that the mobile header is a bit jumpy when it loads in Lighthouse, and I tested it on real device with similar result (jumpy header). Here is the URL to test https://www.mas-software.com. Is there any tips on fixing the jumpy mobile header? I am only using the DEV template, and WP Rocket for caching and minifying. Thanks.

I'm willing to bet it's WP Rocket lazy-loading the header image.

Good guess! I have used the Snippets plugin to exclude the mobile logo from lazy loading using the link that you gave. Thanks!
