hiding woocommerce cart icon in the menu

Hi,
I am using the Merch skin and I am trying to hide the Woocommerce cart icon from the menu.
I found this tutorial

But I don´t have the option to hide the cart icon in my installation.
What could I do? I don´t need the cart icon because it´s an shop with affiliate products.

That option should definitely be there.
Are you seeing the WooCommerce panel at all?
I see the Woocommerce option in the customizer. I am sending a screenshot but it´s in German.

the GP Woocommerce module is in Customizer > Layout > Woocommerce.
