Hide Uncategorized Category from homepage

On our homepage we are using GeneratePress with Beaver Builder to add WooCommerce products by category. Is there any shortcode or way to hide Uncategorized Category and Child Categories from the page?

Are you using the shortcode to display the products currently?
If so you will need to check with WooCommerce support.
no, shortcode yet, but when I am using BeaverBuilder I use the WooCommerce Module to add the products, was not sure if there is another way?
The WooCommerce module within Beaver Builder?
