use the Layout Element:

Disable the Content Title and set your Display Rules to: Pages > All Pages.

I’m sorry to be dense, but I’m not getting the sequence.

Appearance; Element; Add new; Layout;

Then what? I thought I’d be looking for disable element, but I don’t see it as a choice.
