[Support request] hide Site Identity with 3rd party Software attached to wp and Gp theme

Hi I wounder if you can help me

I generated a header and footer through Elementor and with Elementor canvas
attached it to WP_head and WP_Footer has a hook in Elements

Display rules page tng and page genealogy

I hid the Site Title & description in Customise
all working fine but

I have a Genealogy Software that I have attach to wordpress and Generate press theme
when I start using the software it brings up the GP identity 1st then my header appears.

i’m using localhost so if you need to look I can give you a link to my backup of WP and DB files

I wounder if this can be rectified that it would only show the header that I created?

Hi there,

Tough to tell without seeing the issue live unfortunately.

Are you still using Elementor Canvas?

If so then all of the theme elements should be removed by default – hense canvas, which means that there isn’t anything GP can do really.

If you duplicate the issue on a staging live site, we can confirm.

yes wp pages are fine
