Hide sidebar and add header on Woocommerce Archives

you can remove them across all woo archives in Customizer > Layout > Woocommerce:

Or you can use the Layout Element:

Here you can set display rules for specific areas.
the Shop is the Product Archive
Or a specific Category Product Category Archive > Category slug
