Hide-on-mobile not working when creating course by LearnDash

Hi
I am now using LearnDash LMS plugin to create online courses. I got a problem to hide some container in mobile.
I did make “hide on mobile” in the additional CSS as I learned in the forum. But it seems that it did not work. The container which should be hided is still there. But I checked the Hide on Desktop and it works.
PS: I double checked creating pages or post and it works.
Could you please let me know how to solve it ?
It is critical step for me.

Hi there,
can you share a link to a page where i can see the issue ?
Hi David,
Should I share the login details with you when you check my page?
I put the information in the grey box under the Private information, is it?
Jason
If a login is required then yes, please put the URL, the User ID and Login in the Private Information field.
Hi David,
Please find below URL.
To clarify my issue here, I put a custom HTML(a video link with player) within the Container. But the Custom HTML did not work on both hide on Desktop and hide on mobile setting. I have 3 videos in 3 containers and they seems not stay within their container in order and all moved to the top of the page.
Thanks.
Jason
OK so the videos are all being rendered within the first video container.
How are those video scripts being generated ?
It is from a video hosting company in China. They provide the scripts to copy and then paste in the website.
I just copy an paste and did not make any changes.
You will need to check with the video hosting provider how to fix it. As it is the scripts thats rendering the output, and we cannot control where it puts it.
Thanks and I will check again
Let us know how you get on!
