hide header element for logged in users

I was searching the forum and can't seem to put this one together. I used the hide-on-mobile class before in the header element, but when I add the logged-in class in addition to the hide-on-mobile, it will not hide it for logged in users.
Am I using the wrong class? I want to hide the header element on mobile for everyone, and then on desktop to logged in users only.

There is no class for that.
Have you tried the display rules shown in my screenshot?
