[Support request] Hide Generate Block Element if Query Loop Empty?

I have a query loop that pulls a custom post type post if the current post has the same post tag.

It works great however for posts without a custom post type I have an empty block and heading…

I could solve this by using another tag to exclude this block element but this would turn my dynamic block into a manual block.

Just wondering if there’s a better way.
