[Resolved] Hide footer widget

Hi Tom,

The footer widgets on my site are still displaying after I set the Layout to 0 footer widgets in the customization area. I have the Disable Elements add-on but I want to disable footers for the whole site.

That’s weird – does it allow you to save your options? And the live site still displays the footer widgets?

Would you be willing to send a temporary admin login to support@generatepress.com so I can investigate a little further?

So it looks like you changed the footer widget setting to 3 while editing the homepage itself.

I set it back to global, and now it’s listening to the option set in the Customizer (0).
