Hide excerpt on specific post

Hi, how I can hide excerpt in specific single post? For example in post is a html gallery.

how many posts are there like that ?
As the simplest option would be to add a Manual Excerpt to each of those posts. Then you can have some excerpt content.
If not, then do those posts have a specific Category or Tag term that we may be able to target to remove the excerpt.... not sure about this though.
