Hide elements from desk main navigation

Hi Guys,
I created a button in my main navigation, but I want to hide It in the mobile... So, I'am using the canvas menu. Can I do this with css?
In adition, I would like to add a divider line bar between the items of the mobile canvas menu. Here an example. https://sergioks.com/
