Ideally I would like to hide everything. The site displays a built with Generatepress link, but for security purposes it would be useful to block the detection tools. Some of them use the same API that WordPress.org uses, which is necessary in order for the theme to get updates. Unfortunately I don’t think there’s any way to block it. Before I close this, I had a plugin recommended to me for this purpose https://www.wp-hide.com It rewrites resource URLs, which seems a bit risky to me. Is this something you would advise against?
