Hide date in meta description

I do not see any data in the meta description - where are you seeing this ?

Hi David, sorry for not being clear before. Actually I'm seeing the page publishing date in "View Page Source" and I want to hide the date from there. Please see the image where I have highlighted the date I want to hide. I hope I make sense here.

I don't think that's added by GP, it looks like added by SEO plugin.
