Hide comment box until user clicks 'Post Comment' Button?

Is this possible to do? Just trying to tidy the site up and avoid clutter. I saw another site where the comment form becomes available after the post comment button is clicked.

Unfortunately that would require a custom solution.
GP just adapts the default comments system from WP core.
