Hide CCS options from customize menu

Hey guys,
I am wondering if it is possible to hide the css options on "customize" menu from a defined user level. Ideally I would like to add code to customize the site without the end user having access to just that part.Is this possible?

So you're wanting to hide the Additional CSS control? It should only display for administrators?
