Hidden sticky menu appears

Hello,
when i´m on a subpage (for example https://www.vis-ski.com/contacto-vis-ski) and make click one menu-link (for example https://www.vis-ski.com/home/#visski), the main menu in the top appears, but just some pixels, maybe 20 or so. To prevent this, I have to reduce the hight of the sticky menu (layout > sticky menu), but then it is to small...
Is it possible to fix it with some css?

When I click to go to https://www.vis-ski.com/home, in the top appears a black strip that belongs to the menu...

Strange, not sure I've ever seen this before.
Have you made any customizations to the sticky navigation or scroll behavior? You have it set to appear on scroll up, so it shouldn't appear at all unless something is causing the page to scroll up a little on load.

I have 2 customized elements.
1. A hook element.When I disable o remove it, the issue still happens
2. A customized css, witch is commented. I´ve tried even to remove it (both, but the problem still persist)

no idea? as I said, the issue is not due the customizations...
Can you try disabling all plugins except GP Premium and all of your custom CSS to test?
I did it. The problem is still the same.....
If I change the value of the sticky navegation, the problem disappers, (but I don´t want to change it...)

You can try it yourself. No problem. I make daily backups so nothing can happens.
Can you try setting the Menu Item Height of the Customizer > Layout > Primary Navigation to match height of the sticky nav.
