[Resolved] Contact box – to maximize on hover/click

perhaps you can bring me on track…

On http://www.online-pkv.de/ there’s a red box left at the bottom (“please leave a message”). By clicking it, it opens and shows some text. There it’s an external service.

I want such a contact box on my site, too. But not as an external service. I plan to use a contact form or a link in it. And it should be shown on any page, so visitors can easily get in contact with me.

There should only be the headline shown, and by clicking on it, the whole contact/text box should fly out/maximize.

I wonder, if there’s a plugin. But I suppose, it’s easy to implement with css?

Do you have a solution for me? Is there a technical term for that kind of plugin? I haven’t found anything in the www; I assume, I searched for the wrong terms…
