I am using niche theme, how do I add image or text on the top of the shop page?
also if I want to display products on the front page with Woocommerce Shop Category Menu element. how do I achieve that?

I want to display products on the front page as well as shop page.

To add an image or text on top of the Shop page or anywhere, you may use Block Elements.
